Active Ageing Australia received funding from the Department of Health and Ageing to develop the first South Australian falls prevention and management website. This was designed as a one-stop-shop of information for people ‘Over 50’ and their families, health professionals and GP’s. It has since been expanded to include information for Residential Aged Care Facilities through funding from SA Health, and is soon to include Acute Care information for public and private hospitals.

The information includes falls risk factors, informational brochures, programs and services, research, policies and guidelines etc.
